Every batch goes to an outside laboratory before we release it. The report is reconciled against our written release specification — purity, mass, peak profile — and the batch is held when the numbers disagree.

Your payment is held until delivery is confirmed. If an order never arrives, or arrives failing the specification it was sold against, we refund it in full. The cost of getting it wrong is ours.
